Love, love, love!
The kit is easy to install and set up. The only installation note I have is of your TV is not perfectly flat on the backside you may need to get creative when attaching the rope lights. Our TV is a 55in Amazon fire TV and because the back slants a little we had to be very intentional about where we placed the clips but in the end everything worked out.
Functionally, these lights are great and the camera does a good job reading the screen, however, we do have a ceiling light directly above our TV and if it's on the camera reads the reflection of the light as a yellow color at the bottom of the screen. We tried recalibrating with the light on a few different times but it still gets picked up. Not a huge deal, if we're using the movie mode we just turn off the ceiling light and everything works great.

This Govee TV backlight kit is an absolute game-changer! I was looking for a way to enhance my TV viewing experience, and this definitely did the trick. The app is intuitive and gives you tons of control over the colors, brightness, and even music sync options.
