Very matcha taste and texture. I used this to create a matcha butter cream for my enchanted garden themed cupcakes and it was so delicious. This is one little powerful grinder. It holds 30 grams in the glass jar which is perfect for 2 cup 10oz cups. It has a dial to adjust the grind. Great for two! It works great. Really good purchase. It is a labor of love.

Quite good as a start grinder

Very good burr grinder with very functional adjustments. Holds the perfect amount in 1 go for my pour over setup. My only critique is that is has 3 unconnected hopper sections that are quite small and hard to hit. I have to be very careful to not spill and one can fill before the other 2 causing some difficulties closing the crank, but it just takes some self adjustments to get around. Overall I'm very pleased with it for the price.
